During Deep Cleaning, clients are still living in the property with their personal belongings present. For End of Tenancy Cleaning, the property must be completely empty of personal belongings.
Yes, our team of cleaners provides all the necessary cleaning solutions on the day of the cleaning. Cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner, mop, and bucket can be provided upon request for an additional cost. A stepladder can also be provided, subject to availability.
Yes, we do provide an eco-friendly deep cleaning service. If this is your preference, please specify it in the “Any specific instructions?” section when booking. We will instruct our cleaners to bring and use eco-friendly cleaning products as much as possible. This type of cleaning is especially recommended for pre-baby deep cleans, where extra care is taken to use non-toxic, baby-safe products throughout the property.
Our insurance covers any damage to your property caused by the cleaner, theft by the cleaner, key and lock replacement, and personal injury to the cleaner.
You can cancel or re-schedule the session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. A £50 late cancellation/lock-out fee applies if you cancel or reschedule within less than 48 hours’ notice, or if the cleaners are unable to gain access to the property through no fault of Cleaning Express or the cleaner.
As a client-oriented company, we offer a 72-hour Client Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can contact us within 72 hours via email or phone and provide photos of any missed areas. We will then organise a partial re-clean session at the property. We do not provide any refunds.
